What is an Asbestos Survey?
Asbestos Management Surveys
The objective is to identify, as far as is reasonably practicable, any suspect ACMs (Asbestos Containing Materials) inside the building. The result of the Asbestos Management Survey is collated and written prepared to produce the Asbestos report. The Asbestos Report contains an Asbestos Register and Asbestos Management plan.
An Asbestos Management Survey will provide:

Refurbishment and demolition Asbestos Surveys
An Asbestos Refurbishment Survey or Asbestos Demolition Survey is required to find the presence of any Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) before any works can take place for example a shop refurbishment.
During the Asbestos Refurbishment Survey or Asbestos Demolition Survey all areas of the building will be surveyed where possible and we will be using fully intrusive and destructive techniques.
