Electrical Certificates
New Regulations require landlords to have the electrical installations in their properties inspected and tested by a person who is qualified and competent, at an interval of at least every 5 years. Landlords must provide a copy of the electrical safety report to their tenants, and to their local authority if requested.
Air Conditioning Certificates TM44
Legislation states that all air conditioning systems with a cooling output of more than 12 kwshould be regularly inspectedby an accredited TM44energy assessor, which is required every five years after the installation. A fine is liable for property owners if they do not comply with this legislation.
Gas Safety Certificates
We provide Gas Safety Certificates for commercial and residential properties.
