High Street EPC were instructed to undertake the commercial epc on this wonderful building in Folkestone. As part of the company’s compliance procedures we surveyed this 20,000 sq mt building which was built in the 1990s and initially used as offices for the building of the Channel Tunnel, hence its rather distinctive shape.
The B grade achieved was an excellent reflection of this building performance.

Ex Pro Shop Ampfield par three golf and country club, Winchester Road, Ampfield, Romsey.
We were asked to undertake a Commercial EPC on the small ex pro shop at the stunning Ampfield golf club. What should have been a quick survey proved difficult as I remembered I had my golf clubs in the boot!! Ampfield Golf Club which is in Tess Valley , Hampshire between Romsey, Eastleigh and Winchester was a delight to survey for the commercial epc.
